The Microsoft 365 Lead Engineer ensures the optimal performance, security, and user adoption of all M365 services within the organization, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, Fabric. This role focuses on maintaining the integrity and functionality of the M365 environment, contributing to strategic planning, and providing expert technical support. This is a hands-on role within a small team and requires broad technical expertise on the platform
