We are seeking experienced operations professionals responsible for overseeing the overall creative needs of our APAC clients. From material services to influencer content, from insights to production and marketing, they ensure the creative team’s contribution to clients’ business growth.
1. Responsible for the rollout of creator marketing products in designated sales regions, responsibilities include but are not limited to: deepdive into market demands, extract product unique selling points, formulate product promotion strategies. Accountable for the actual execution and business growth.
2. Research and consolidate creator marketing strategies to form valid industry playbooks, educate markets of both demand and supply to increase awareness and impact.
3. Collaborate with various internal teams (PM/RD/DS) to facilitate product revamp, collect and search for key market demands, sort out priorities, and output MRDs for product development or optimization.
4. Coordinate internal company resources to develop new cooperation models or sales policy to facilitate product selling. Push forward new workflows to enable scaled growth.
5. Build and refine data systems based on business objectives and product development, and guide project decisions through data analysis.
