Safety/Hazard Recognition & Elimination:
§ Pre-plan and identify the methods to eliminate hazards daily by work task.
§ Execute skill in observing habits and hazards of others and bringing it to their attention.
§ Uphold safety as the most important goal of our company. Support goal of achieving zero accidents.
§ Promote and encourage open communication between field and office regarding all safety concerns, suggestions, improvements, and PPE needed.
§ Obtain safety training as expected by all company personnel.
§ Financial
§ LIMITS OF AUTHORITY: Financial limits of authority for bidding, contracts, change orders, and lien waivers may be viewed by the incumbent on the “Levels of Authority” document located on the Company F drive. It is the employee’s responsibility to stay current on these limits of authority.
Qualifications and Requirements
Provide minimum education and experience required to perform the job. (Please specify minimum education required and number of years’ experience and/or at what level.) Specific types of certifications required to perform the job (if applicable).
· High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
· Prior warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience required
· Forklift experience required (certification preferred)
· Experience with inventory or ERP systems preferred
· Ability to read packing slips and purchase orders
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
· Valid driver's license; CDL may be required for certain positions
