We're hiring a Senior Developer for our Web Client team in Lund. For the first 8–12 months, you'll also take on interim Engineering Manager responsibilities while our current Engineering Manager is on parental leave. Your home is the team and the codebase.
When the interim period ends, you'll continue in the team as a Senior Developer. We're growing and we have an ongoing need for strong Engineering Managers across Lime, so if the leadership path is something you want to keep exploring, we'll have those conversations as openings come up.
The Web Client team owns the heart of Lime CRM's user experience - a mature, full-stack product shipped at a high release cadence.
What you'll be doing
As a developer:
As an interim manager:
Expectations
This role is measured on outcomes, not activity. Most importantly, we want someone who keeps the team engaged and grows the engineering culture - that's where long-term value compounds. Alongside that, you'll be expected to move the bar on speed, quality, and engineering best practices.
You should arrive with strong opinions about what good engineering hygiene looks like and the conviction to drive change toward it.
What we're looking for
Our stack is Python, TypeScript, and web components with Stencil.js. But if you're a Senior Engineer or Engineering Manager, we believe you'll pick those up. We care more about the kind of person you are:
As Lime is a very culture driven company, we're always looking for a personal fit, that wants to be a part of a growing company with a bunch of amazing people!
The process
This is an ongoing process, i.e., we run the recruitment process until we find the right person. In the first step, we screen CVs and motivation letters. This is followed by interviews, a practical case, and a reference check. Our process always ends with a final interview with our CEO. We look forward to your application!
