At Lime, we’re on an exciting growth journey in Denmark and we’re looking for a driven Account Executive to take part in building our market presence.
What you’ll be doing
As an Account Executive, you’ll manage the entire sales cycle — from the first contact to the final signed contract. You’ll be part of a hands-on sales culture where we prospect, book meetings, qualify leads, run demos, and close deals ourselves. Lime sells CRM software with consulting services, meaning your sales processes will be strategic and complex. You’ll collaborate closely with our Product Managers and Application Consultants to design solutions that match customer needs and create long-term partnerships. Your focus will be on expanding our customer base in Denmark, especially within the membership and utility industries. We’ve already built a solid customer base, so you’ll also manage and grow existing accounts.

You’ll join our Copenhagen team of 7 — including Sales, Product Managers, and Application Consultants. We operate in a scale-up environment, fast-moving, entrepreneurial, and full of opportunity, but backed by the stability and support of the Lime Group, a leading Nordic SaaS company with over 500 colleagues across Europe.

The process
This is an ongoing process, i.e., we run the recruitment process until we find the right person. In the first step, we screen resumes and motivation letters. This is followed by interviews, a practical case, and a reference check. Our process always ends with a final interview with our CEO Nils.
