Your contribution to our success

1. Support the delivery of organization-wide transformations.

2. Advise clients on HR processes, governance and policies, aligning best practices with business needs.

3. Engage with senior leadership to provide advice on people-related challenges

4. Work with cross-functional teams to prepare client recommendations

5. Develop and deliver specific work packages and lead workstreams

6. Support organizations in preparing for regulatory requirements such as the EU Pay Transparency Directive (EU) 2023/970 through impact analysis, development of remediation strategies and implementation of change

7. Contribute to business development activities (e.g. proposals, client pitches, thought leadership), as needed.

8. Coach and mentor junior team members, supporting their development.

Your skills

1. A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Change Management, Communication, Human Resources, or a related area
2. At least 4 years in a consulting environment or project-based organization, with a focus on HR, Change Management and Communication
3. Excellent understanding of Human Capital and people-related issues, proficient facilitation and communication skills
4. Fluency in French and English (knowledge of German is considered an asset)
5. Experience with, or appetite for innovation, automation and/or AI driven solutions applied to HR and/or Organizational Transformation
