How you’ll contribute to our success
- Partner with senior leadership to shape and execute sector growth strategies in Financial Services, with a focus on Asset Management industry
- Identify and prioritize key clients and new business opportunities, tracking performance metrics (revenues, opportunities in pipeline)
- Drive informed decision-making by preparing executive presentations, coordinating leadership meetings, and producing performance reports that consolidate and track deliverables across teams
- Design and enhance interactive Power BI dashboards to monitor key business metrics and provide insights for strategic and operational decisions
- Lead data-driven initiatives for pipeline management, sales performance reporting, and Salesforce CRM deployment, optimizing adoption and efficiency across teams
- Manage the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels: client events, webinars, social media, articles, web content to boost brand visibility and support service line growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic priorities, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and campaign execution to achieve maximum impact
- Inspiring colleagues by sharing experiences and knowledge – being an added value for the team
Your skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s degree in Economics, Business administration or Marketing
- Highly organized, rigorous, curious, precise, and able to monitor and track the progress of requests and provide regular status updates
- Very good knowledge of MS Office tools, in particular (PowerPoint, Excel); knowledge of Salesforce tools would be ideal but not mandatory, very good knowledge of Power BI.
- Strong learning agility: analytical skills with a pragmatic and hands-on approach, problem solving mindset
- Affinity with digital marketing and good ideas on how companies can distinguish themselves online
- Able to work in a fast paced, demanding customer driven atmosphere
- Team player with a collaborative approach
- Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills – French appreciated
