This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate interested in business, relationship management and global markets to gain hands-on experience in a commercial environment. You’ll work closely with our Market Management and International Programmes teams, learning how we build relationships with brokers and clients, support business growth, and deliver insurance solutions across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities may include:

Market Management:

• Support the Market Management team in managing key broker relationships.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and cross-sell opportunities.
• Assist with presentations, meetings and client communications. 
• Assist with marketing events, strategy coordination, and development of promotional materials.
• Maintain broker and client databases and produce reports, insights and market updates.
• Build proficiency in internal systems and reporting tools.
• Learn how we position our products and services in the market.
• Gain foundational knowledge of insurance market dynamics and HDI’s offerings.

International Programmes:

• Gain exposure to how we deliver insurance programmes for clients with operations in multiple countries.
• Support the coordination of international insurance programmes. 
• Assist with documentation and ensuring information is accurate and up to date. 
• Liaise with internal teams and global network partners via email.
• Assist in chasing premium payments and follow up on outstanding items. 
• Assist with client and broker queries. 
• Support process improvements and general team administration.

Your Profile

• A recently completed university degree in Commerce, Marketing, International Business or a related discipline.
• High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Curious, proactive and willing to learn.
• Ability to take initiative and work collaboratively within a team environment.
