Overview
The International Recruiter is responsible for overseeing global talent acquisition initiatives across multiple regions. This role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding international candidates while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and fostering a culturally inclusive hiring approach. You will collaborate with global hiring managers to develop strategic recruitment plans that align with business goals and workforce diversity objectives .
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle — from job posting, candidate outreach, and interviews to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Global Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through international job boards, social media, and global networks.
Partner Collaboration: Work closely with regional HR and hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to international labor laws, visa requirements, and organizational hiring policies.
Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to understand international hiring trends, competitor activities, and salary benchmarks.
Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, diversity ratios) and provide regular reports to leadership.
Candidate Experience: Maintain high standards of communication and engagement with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
Diversity & Inclusion: Support initiatives to build diverse and inclusive teams across global markets.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources , Business Administration, International Relations , or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in international or cross-border recruitment.
Proven success managing multiple roles across countries and time zones.
Strong knowledge of international labor and immigration regulations .
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and global recruitment technologies.
