Murkez is seeking a highly hands-on AI Automation Lead to build and deploy AI-powered workflows across both
client-facing operations and internal business functions from our Lahore office. This role is focused on practical
implementation using LLMs, AI agents, workflow automation tools, APIs, and operational process redesign to
improve efficiency, turnaround time, reporting, scalability, and service quality.
The ideal candidate is a builder and operator who can rapidly prototype solutions, automate repetitive operational
tasks, integrate systems, and help embed AI into day-to-day operations. This is a highly execution-focused role.
The position is expected to move quickly from idea to implementation and deliver measurable operational impact.
Key Responsibilities
• Build AI-Powered Workflows
• Design and deploy AI-powered workflows using tools such as Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, Copilot, or similar
platforms
• Build AI agents and automations for finance, reporting, operations, PMO, HR, and client-facing workflows
• Automate repetitive operational and administrative tasks
• Integrate AI workflows across systems, tools, and business processes
Workflow Automation & Integration
• Build workflows using platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, UiPath, or similar tools
• Connect APIs, databases, reporting systems, CRMs, and operational platforms
• Create scalable and reusable workflow templates across functions and client accounts
Rapid Prototyping & Execution
• Quickly identify high-impact automation opportunities
• Build MVPs and production-ready workflows rapidly
• Test, improve, and optimize AI-driven operational processes
• Move quickly from concept to deployment
Operational Improvement
• Work closely with delivery teams and internal departments to improve:
– Turnaround time
– Reporting accuracy
– Workflow efficiency
– Operational scalability
– Utilization visibility
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve service quality
Client-Facing Support
• Assist in identifying AI-driven operational improvements for clients
• Help develop scalable AI-enabled operational offerings across the client base
• Participate in operational discussions and workflow assessments where needed
Requirements
• 5–10+ years of experience in automation, operations, technology, or process improvement
• Hands-on experience building AI workflows and automation solutions
• Strong understanding of LLM platforms such as Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, or similar
• Experience with workflow automation and integration platforms
• Familiarity with APIs, automation tools, and operational systems
• Strong operational problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work across both technical and non-technical teams
Preferred Experience
• Experience in finance, operations, PMO, or BPO/shared services environments
• Experience automating reporting, reconciliation, onboarding, or workflow-heavy processes
