Schedule:
12-hour day shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
1 day per week
Alternating Sunday & Monday
Weekend differential offered
What You’ll Do:
As an LPN on our Assisted Living team, you’ll provide hands-on care and clinical support to our residents:
Perform nursing assessments and oversee resident care
Administer medications and treatments
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes
Maintain accurate documentation and charts
Assist with care planning and service updates
Support infection control and quality standards
Provide guidance to caregiving staff
Communicate with residents, families, and providers

QualificationsJob Qualifications:
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Maryland
CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
2+ years of nursing experience preferred
Experience working with seniors or assisted living communities is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to supervise and support caregiving staff
Basic computer and documentation skills
