KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Finance
- Support reduction of quality-related costs through accurate documentation and compliance monitoring
- Assist in minimizing rework and non-conformance costs by ensuring proper record keeping
- Contribute to efficiency by maintaining organized and controlled quality records
Customer
- Support consistent delivery of quality standards that meet customer and regulatory expectations
- Assist in documenting and tracking customer complaints related to quality issues
- Ensure adherence to quality standards that support customer satisfaction
Internal Process
- Support implementation and maintenance of Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures
- Maintain, update, and organize QA/QC documentation, records, and reports
- Assist in internal and external audits and ensure documentation readiness
- Monitor compliance with established quality standards and procedures
- Track non-conformities and ensure proper recording of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly quality reports for management review
- Ensure proper document control, filing, and version management
People
• Support communication of quality standards and procedures within the organization
• Assist in promoting quality awareness through documentation and reporting
• Coordinate with relevant teams for collection of quality data and records
• Contribute to a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Quality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Emirati National
- 1–3 years of experience in QA/QC or administrative/document control role
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of ISO or quality management systems is an advantage
