Visual Content Creator (Videographer/Photographer)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Visual Content Creator to join our Marketing team at a luxury 5-star hotel. This role is responsible for producing high-quality visual content that reflects the brand’s elegance, enhances guest engagement, and supports marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities

·       Capture and produce high-end, editorial-style photo and video content that reflects the luxury positioning of the brand, with a strong focus on storytelling and aspirational guest experiences

·       Support real-time content capture for events, activations, and VIP visits when required

·       Edit and deliver platform-optimized content (short-form, long-form, and stills) with fast turnaround times, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives to meet fast-paced marketing and social media deadlines

·       Collaborate closely with Marketing, PR, and Operations to conceptualize and execute content that supports key campaigns, revenue-driving initiatives, and brand moments

·       Work closely with paid media teams to create content that is optimized for advertising performance (Meta, Google, etc.) and monitor content performance to adapt creative outputs based on insight, engagement metrics and campaign results

·       Own end-to-end production of shoots, including concept development, shot lists, styling, lighting, talent direction, and on-site execution

·       Create platform-native, performance-driven content tailored to Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube, with a clear understanding of what drives engagement, reach, and conversion

·       Manage and maintain a structured digital asset library, ensuring content is easily accessible, properly tagged, and aligned with ongoing campaigns

·       Ensure all visual output consistently reflects the brand’s visual identity, tone of voice, and luxury standards across all touchpoints

·       Stay ahead of content trends, platform updates, and emerging formats, proactively bringing new ideas to elevate the brand’s digital presence

Requirements

Candidate Requirements

·       Proven experience as a photographer/videographer within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or premium brands, with a strong eye for elevated visual storytelling

·       Strong, well-curated portfolio demonstrating both photography and videography, with a clear understanding of luxury aesthetics and brand consistency

·       Ability to take direction while also contributing creative ideas when required

·       Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects), with the ability to independently deliver polished, ready-to-use content

·       Strong technical understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and visual storytelling, with the ability to adapt to different environments within the hotel

·       Strong organizational skills, including file management and structured content delivery

·       Hands-on experience creating content for social media platforms, with a good understanding of current trends and platform-specific formats

·       Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to support content creation, editing, and ideation (including generative AI, retouching, and automation), while ensuring all outputs meet the brand’s luxury standards and visual identity

·       Ability to manage multiple shoots and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality and attention to detail

·       Exceptional attention to detail, with a proactive and solutions-driven creative mindset

·       Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during key events, with a hands-on and adaptable approach
