Job Summary:
We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Consultant for a sister real estate company. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties in Dubai. The role involves generating leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and market residential and commercial properties.
Assist clients with property buying, selling, and leasing transactions.
Conduct property viewings and negotiate prices and agreements.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, developers, and investors.
Upload and manage property listings on portals such as Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder.
Prepare and manage real estate documentation including tenancy contracts and related forms.
Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and Dubai real estate procedures.
Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and new developments.
Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets.
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience in Dubai real estate sales or leasing preferred.
RERA certification is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
Knowledge of Dubai property market and real estate procedures.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
