Lifeguard (Residencial property)

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor swimming pool activities and ensure the safety of all residents and guests

• Respond immediately and appropriately to emergencies and provide first aid or CPR when required

• Enforce pool rules and safety regulations at all times

• Conduct routine inspections of pool facilities and safety equipment

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool and surrounding areas

• Ensure rescue and lifesaving equipment is always in proper working condition

• Assist residents and guests in a professional and courteous manner

• Report maintenance issues, incidents, or safety concerns promptly

• Maintain daily logs and incident reports as required

• Support management in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment

Requirements

Candidate profile:

• Valid Lifeguard certification

• CPR and First Aid certification mandatory

• Previous experience as a Lifeguard in a residential, hospitality, or leisure environment preferred

• Strong swimming and rescue skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in emergency situations

• Flexible with working hours and shifts
