Interwood Mobel is in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating sales operations, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Follow up with Sales, Factory and SCM department for update on order readiness.
- Update on Open Orders, coordination with factory and update on delivery.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- Capabilities to handle cross functional issues.
- Follow-ups with relevant stakeholders for deliveries.
- Maintain office decorum & discipline.
- Provide support to Business Development Team.
- Provide support to Key account team for the conversions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably within the furniture or design industry.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
