Customer
- Support improvement of service quality by analysing customer-related operational data.
- Identify issues impacting customer satisfaction and report findings.
- Assist in ensuring operational processes meet customer expectations.
Internal Process
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Monitor KPIs and highlight performance deviations.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Excel or reporting tools.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Assist in planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
People
- Work closely with operations teams to support smooth workflow execution.
- Assist in communication of performance insights and reporting findings.
- Support collaboration between departments to improve operational efficiency.
Qualification, Experience & Skills:
- High school qualification with strong relevant experience in operations, reporting, or data analysis.
- Emirati National ONLY.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, reporting, or data analysis role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, etc.).
- Knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
