Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent) with experience in data processing and analysis
Strong analytical, logical, and systematic thinking skills to understand data flows and identify patterns or anomalies
Proficient in data processing and analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel (advanced), Power BI, and other supporting tools (e.g., Quick Suite)
Ability to perform data cleaning, validation, and management in an accurate, structured, and sustainable manner
Experienced in preparing periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and developing insightful, user-friendly dashboards
Strong communication skills, responsive to ad-hoc requests, and able to work under pressure with high initiative and adaptability
Responsibilities:
Extract, process, and analyze workshop operational data from various available systems
Determine appropriate analytical methods and approaches based on business needs
Develop, modify, and maintain reports and dashboards to ensure relevance and usability
Deliver insights and provide data-driven recommendations to operational teams and management
Identify improvement opportunities and propose enhancements to operational processes based on data analysis
This position will be based in the Workshop Department and is responsible for supporting operational data analysis and decision-making within the department
