Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Sales Performance Management (MIS) team to ensure accurate, timely, and high‑quality reporting of sales performance, productivity, and activity metrics
- Oversee the development, automation, and enhancement of dashboards, management reports, and performance scorecards to support senior management decision‑making.
- Drive initiatives to enhance sales productivity and activity management
- Manage Sales Performance team in delivering new project, covering development to post evaluation to continuous monitoring for improvement
- Responsible for end to end analysis of large scale transactional and customer datasets to identify trends, emerging patterns and actionable insights that drive strategic decision making
- Develop predictive models for forecasting, customer segmentation and business performance improvement
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify business requirements, design analytical approaches, collect and analyze data, and build predictive models.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify growth and opportunities using data driven insights
- Defining project objectives and timelines, and managing project execution
- Communicating results and insights to stakeholders through presentation and reports
Job Qualifications
- Strong experience in sales performance management, MIS, analytics, or business intelligence, preferably in financial services or insurance.
- Proven ability to manage teams and deliver analytical projects end‑to‑end.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or quantitative roles preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL and machine learning frameworks
- Strong understanding of statistical modelling, predictive analytics, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, MSTR, Tableau)
- Experience working with big data platforms and have expertise in enhancing data drive decision making processes and improving business outcomes
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights
