The Co‑Group is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Support Worker to provide high‑quality assistance to our clients located in the Eden Hills area of Adelaide.
The successful candidate will also need to demonstrate flexibility, with the ability to travel to other locations across Adelaide as required to support client needs.
What you'll do:
✔️ Complete all tasks relevant to support work including anything from meal preparation to domestic assistance and client transport
✔️ Empower participants to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible
✔️ Provide direct support in a 1:1 capacity in accordance with the individual's care plan & PBSP
✔️ Maintain detailed and accurate documentation such as shift notes, progress notes, behaviour charts and incident reports
✔️ Follow company policies and procedures

- Valid Driver's Licence
- Access to a comprehensive insured car with 5 seats
- NDIS Module – Quality, Safety & You
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) for paid employment
- Blue Card (WWCC) for paid employment
- Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours using approved techniques.
