- Consistency and punctuality are essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, respectful, and inclusive support in alignment with the participant’s gender identity
- Use correct pronouns (they/them) at all times
- Transport the participant to a scheduled weekly activity and remain onsite (waiting in the car) for the duration
- Liaise with the parent/guardian regarding scheduling, transport arrangements, and relevant updates
- Encourage independence, confidence, and self‑expression
- Provide light domestic assistance and meal preparation as required
Requirements:
- Current Australian driver’s licence and access to comprehensive-inured car
- NDISWC
- WWCC for paid employment
- Current First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)
- Australian working rights

- Experience supporting neurodivergent young people
