Identify new potential accounts in assigned territory and region using effective sales techniques
Develop and maintain customer relationships with existing clients
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Work towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets in assigned territory
Being able to communicate customer success stories, market information and key learnings in a structured manner
Collaborate with internal teams (service, logistics, product management) to ensure timely delivery and customer service
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and forecast reports using ERP tools
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, HVAC Technology, or related field
At least 3 years of sales experience preferably in technical services industry
Excellent communication skills including ability to successfully influence and negotiate complex deals in difficult situations
Technical knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Highly motivated to continuously learn about selling
Team player with passion for selling
Very good IT knowledge and computer skills
