Main Duties Will Be:
Process customer orders and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
Use SAP to monitor inventory levels, manage stock movements, and ensure accurate recording of all transactions
Handle returns of defective or unwanted goods, collaborating with customers and suppliers to resolve issues efficiently
Monitor and control logistics expenses to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency
Analyze large datasets using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros) to streamline processes and automate tasks
Ensure all transportation modes (road, sea, air & rail) are cost-effective and aligned with budget targets
Identify improvement opportunities through KPI analysis, hauler performance reviews, and supply chain service levels
The ideal candidate should have:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
Strong organizational skills to manage orders and paperwork efficiently
Proficient in using computer software to enter and track orders accurately
Attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing and delivery
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
