Client Services Administrator - 12 Month FTC

Want to break into financial services but not sure where to start? This is your door in. 

We're hiring two Client Services Administrators on a 12-month fixed-term contract to join our friendly team at Mattioli Woods — one of the UK's leading wealth management firms. No prior experience in financial services is required, just a great attitude and a willingness to learn.

What you'll be doing

• contacting clients to book their annual financial review appointments

• keeping client records accurate and up to date on our systems

• managing your own workload to meet deadlines

• supporting senior consultants so they can focus on complex client work

What we're looking for

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English

• comfortable on the phone and confident in written communication

• organised, reliable, and good attention to detail

• confident using computers and happy to learn new systems

• a positive, can-do attitude — everything else we can teach
