The role:
We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team – someone who can create momentum from a standing start.
This is about building a pipeline, not waiting for it. You’ll focus on outbound prospecting, identifying the right people, starting meaningful conversations, and creating qualified opportunities for our wealth management advisers and employee benefits consultants.
If you enjoy the craft of sales – the positioning, the timing, the turning of a hesitant “maybe” into a committed meeting – you’ll find this role both challenging and rewarding.
What you’ll be doing:
This is a proactive, outbound role. You’ll be:
making targeted calls and running structured email outreach
using LinkedIn to identify and engage senior decision-makers – solicitors, accountants, mortgage brokers, HR directors and finance directors
qualifying interest and booking high-quality meetings directly into advisers’ and consultants’ diaries
building and managing contact lists and outreach sequences
following up consistently on warm leads and conversations
keeping CRM records accurate, organised and actionable
