We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Client Relations Specialist - Portuguese Speaker in Brazil (remote).
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Relations Specialist to provide top-tier support and relationship management for our clients and partners in LATAM. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, fast issue resolution, and ongoing client satisfaction.
Reporting to: Regional Director
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries via phone, email and messaging platforms
- Assist with account opening, KYC verification, deposits/withdrawals, and platform navigation (MT4/MT5, cTrader, TradingView or proprietary platforms)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and/or institutional clients and partners to improve retention and client satisfaction
- Provide guidance on trading tools, promotions, and company offerings in a professional, compliant manner
- Proactively follow up with clients to ensure a smooth trading experience and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities
- Collect and report client feedback to help improve products, services, and support processes
- Stay up to date with company policies, market news, and regulatory changes relevant to the Forex/CFDs industry
Candidate profile:
- 1–3+ years of experience in client support, account management, or a similar role in the Forex/CFDs or online trading industry
- Native Portuguese and excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Understanding of MT4/MT5, cTrader, TradingView platforms, basic trading terminology, and financial markets
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle clients from different backgrounds and regions within Latam
- High attention to detail, especially in handling sensitive client information
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends, if required
