Female Disability Support Workers | Morphett Vale, SA
We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable female support workers to provide one-on-one support to a female participant in Morphett Vale, South Australia.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum Certificate III in relevant Disability or Community Service field
- Experience supporting youth and/or individuals with complex behaviours (highly preferred)
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Reliable transport and a valid South Australian driver’s licence
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Must be available for a variety of shifts, including passive (sleepover) shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing emotional, social, and practical support to young people
- Assisting with daily living skills and routines
- Supporting education and community engagement
- Implementing behaviour support strategies and care plans
- Maintaining accurate case notes and documentation
- Calm, patient, and resilient approach
- Ability to manage challenging situations professionally
