Job Information
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and applications.
- Participate in system architecture design, technical evaluation, and solution implementation.
- Develop high-quality, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PM, QA, DevOps, Infra) to deliver reliable software solutions.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, test, and deployment processes.
- Containerize applications and manage deployment using Docker.
- Optimize system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure system stability.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
Requirements:
Must-Have
- At least 3+ years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in Java.
- Hands-on experience with Spring / Spring Boot.
- Solid experience working with Docker for containerization.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server or MySQL.
- Proficient in Git and version control best practices.
- Strong sense of ownership, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with GCP (Google Cloud Platform) services and operations.
- Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Intermediate English communication skills, including participation in meetings and reading/writing technical materials.
- Ability to create and maintain technical and system documentation.
- Experience in POS (Point of Sale) system development or related domains.
