Job Responsibilities:
JOB PURPOSE
To lead the team of Food Aggregator (Uber Eats and Food Panda) to achieve JRGTW Sales Goal, thru:
- Formulating FA business strategy based on corporate business direction
- Maximizing the FA sales result thru optimizing ads and promotion effectiveness
- Supervising and coaching the team to deliver quality results
- Collaborating with internal team (MKT/OP) to optimize commercial plans
- Maintaining Good partnership with Food Aggregators

Strategy and Sales
- Develop JRGTW FA strategy/Plan/Calendar to meet the annual Sales objective.
- Closely work with MKT team to align on pricing/products to ensure FA programs to deliver incremental sales growth
- Conduct weekly/monthly sales review to identify the growth driver and blocker with actions for management review
- Monitor FA market trend including platform development, competitor movement and consumer performance
- Have in-depth understanding of shoppers, product offerings for FA operation

Account Management
- In charge of Negotiating contracts, promo plans, and new initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a productive long-term relationship with FA
- Acquire a deep understanding of FA needs and requirements
- Responsible for Annual Joint business Plan with assigned customers
- Supervise volume forecast and plans & A&P management

Collaboration & others
- Lead to collaborating with cross function eg. Menu design and pricing with MKT
- Lead to resolve any issues and problems between FA and JRGTW
- Control A&P spending to ensure its efficiency/effectiveness.
- Ensuring that all advertising and promotion materials follow the appropriate legal and YUM guideline.

People Development
- Lead and supervise EC team to deliver sales target/KPIs
- Develop team members thru ongoing coaching and support.
Requirements:
Qualifications/ Competence Requirements
- Minimum education requirement
- Bachelor degree required. Business related major is preferred.
- Relevant experience and minimum years required
- A minimum of 5 years’ related account management experience (FMCG Ecom or EC platform is preferred) familiar with aggregator platform is a plus, with at least 2 years of people management experience.
- Expertise in the EC platform account management with the experience below:
- Develop/implement account strategy/implementation plan.
- JBP experience and contract Negotiation
- Understand Trade marking/digital media
- Good Experience in managing yearly budget and A&P.
- Good Experience in leading team and cross-function collaboration.
- Basic skills requirements/Competence Requirements
