Looking to join the NEW Fluiconnecto Ryco brand offering a professional environment of Respect, Safety with a can-do attitude? We are currently seeking a proactive, hardworking and reliable Operations Supervisor to join our successful team in Sydney NSW. (Wetherill Park)

The primary objective of this role is to oversee projects, supervise and assist with the day-to-day operations whilst coordinating the team, distributing the workload evenly, and ensuring that motivation and performance levels are maintained. This role requires a dynamic individual who can ensure the efficient operation of these critical manufacturing processes while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and productivity.

You will be responsible for managing both the human and technical aspects of hose assembly and Warehousing, including workflow optimization, machine operations, and personnel management.

This is a permanent, full-time role to start ASAP. Interviews are available NOW.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proven experience as an operations supervisor within a manufacturing or warehousing environment, with specific expertise in hose fittings.

• Previous experience in Time and Motion studies will be handy.

• Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage/motivate

• Intermediate / Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Outlook

• Ability to lead an efficient and successful team
