We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the hiring process, with a strong ability to understand hiring needs, build effective recruitment strategies, and attract the right talent. This role is best suited for someone who is proactive, thorough, and focused on delivering quality hires, not just filling positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Source candidates through job boards, social media and professional networks
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams
Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Provide updates and reports on recruitment progress
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
Ensure job descriptions are accurate and aligned with business needs
Negotiate offers and support onboarding for selected candidates
Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks and competitor hiring practices
Maintain compliance with company policies and hiring regulations
Support campus recruitment drives and career fairs
Meet hiring targets within established timelines
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Minimum
2 years
of recruitment experience, preferably in a
recruitment agency
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices
Proficiency in recruitment tools and ATS platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter and Zoho Recruit) is a plus
Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
