You’ll devise strategies and tactics to improve the way the project is delivered. You’ll translate this knowledge into a logic-linked plan and analyse it using planning software. Then you’ll use the plan to help the teams understand what to prioritise. Own the plan: Own the project plan for one or more projects and ensure that the project is working to it effectively. Ensure delays are mitigated and managed commercially 2.
