About the Role
This role delivers dietetic and nutrition services across our Primary Care Network. Working closely with the Long-Term Conditions team, you will provide culturally responsive clinical dietetic support, with a strong focus on Māori, Pasifika, refugee communities, and low-decile areas.
You will work directly with individuals, whānau, and community groups through:
Using your knowledge, skills, and enthusiasm, you will support people to develop practical nutrition plans and provide follow-up care and connection to community supports, helping ensure equitable access to quality nutrition services.
