If your camera roll is basically a content studio… keep reading.
We’re looking for a Content Production Intern who can spot a moment, capture it fast and turn it into content people actually watch (not corporate filler). This is a hands-on internship. You won’t be “supporting” from the sidelines you’ll be making content that ships.
Ideas don’t stay ideas here.
What you’ll be doing (and then some):
- Shooting short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style — and more)
- Editing fast (CapCut, Premiere, whatever gets it done)
- Helping plan and execute weekly content drops
- Pulling together content from the field (photo + video)
- Managing the content calendar, posting/scheduling, and learning from results
- Community management across social platforms
- Supporting Google Business Profiles
- Assisting with platform and SaaS tools used by the marketing team
You’ll do well if you’re:
- Fast, curious, and comfortable shipping versions
- Content-native (you get hooks, pacing, captions, trends)
- The kind of person who just starts filming
- You value progress over perfection - you iterate, improve, and keep moving
We’re less focused on:
- Perfect CVs
- Job titles
- Years on paper
We’re focused on:
- Taste, execution and work you’ve actually made
What you get:
- A paid internship 2/3 days a week
- Real, published portfolio pieces
- Mentorship and tight feedback loops
- A front-row seat to how a brand team moves fast
How to apply:
If you want to be part of the DiJones team, apply today by sending your resume to
recruitment@dijones.com.au
Send us:
- A link to your TikTok / IG / YouTube / portfolio (anything you’ve made), and/or
- 3 pieces you’re proud of + one sentence on why each works
