The Online Services team in Enterprise Services, partners with Retail, Brand & Marketing Technology Team, Strategy and Product Management teams to design and deliver new digital features and enhancements as well as define the digital roadmap and support business case development. We are looking for a Digital Content Producer who will ensure all content is optimised for conversion and customer centricity.
What you’ll deliver with us
As a Digital Content Producer, you will be a lead within the Content Team and be responsible for developing content strategies and creating content for publishing across Australia Post’s digital channels as we move towards hyper-personalisation & headless delivery. You will ensure copy and page layout is of the highest quality and accessible, meets users’ expectations and maximises conversions across our digital products. In this role, you will be viewed as expert authority on the creation of digital content and will be the lead central liaison for the business and publishing, advising on resource capacity. You will also be a leading partner in creating a Personalisation Content Strategy and executing on the delivery to ensure that Australia Post can evolve in this important direction.
The Marketing Technology Team in Enterprise Services is responsible for the development and execution of the digital strategy and roadmap for online channels, including multiple websites and the Online Shop. The team is accountable for digital channel and platform performance, design and the digital user journey/ experience for customers and employees. The Marketing Technology Team partners with Retail, Brand & Marketing & eCommerce Technology Teams, Strategy and Product Management teams to design and deliver new digital features and enhancements as well as define the digital roadmap and support business case development. The Senior Digital Content Producer role is responsible for developing content strategies along with being the lead within the Content Team and creating digital content for publishing across Australia Post’s digital channels. They will be viewed as an expert authority on the creation of digital content utilising expert knowledge, thought leadership, data and research to inform content creation and will be the central liaison for the business and publishing, advising on resource capacity.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in developing persuasive and task-driven copy for cross platform publishing. We are looking for someone familiar with best practices in optimizing content for customer experience and has a deep understanding of customer behaviour and experience with digital and online platforms. You will be skilled at creating diverse content, ranging from detailed articles through to microcopy. This role will suit a proactive individual who is a strong team player with demonstrated ability to manage different viewpoints and able to negotiate effectively with colleagues and various stakeholders.
