Duties and Responsibilities
As Director of Food & Beverage, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the Food & Beverage department to provide exceptional product and service within brand operating standards.

Qualifications
To execute the position of Director of Food & Beverage, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:
Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field plus 4 or more years related experience, including management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Diploma in Catering or Business and more than five years’ experience in a similar role, preferred.
Fluent in English; I understand that additional languages are preferred.
