About the role You will play an important role in providing visibility and oversight across the enterprise project portfolio. Working closely with the EPMO Lead and project stakeholders, you will maintain reporting processes, support governance activities, and help improve project delivery practices. Key responsibilities include: • Maintaining enterprise project registers, dashboards and reporting tools to provide clear insights for executive audiences • Supporting governance forums by tracking decisions and actions, and conducting independent project health reviews • Developing and improving tools, templates and frameworks that strengthen project delivery and business case development • Analysing financial, risk and performance information to support portfolio oversight and reporting • Contributing to consistent governance and reporting practices across projects and programs About the team The EPMO provides enterprise-wide governance, portfolio management and delivery assurance. The team partners with executives and project teams to ensure projects align with organisational priorities, progress is transparent, and outcomes deliver value. You will join a collaborative team focused on improving how projects are planned, governed and delivered across the organisation. The team values clear communication, practical solutions and continuous improvement. About you You are organised, analytical and comfortable working with data and stakeholders at all levels. You enjoy turning complex information into clear insights and supporting structured decision-making. You will bring: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret financial, risk and performance data • Excellent communication skills, with confidence presenting information clearly to executive audiences • Practical knowledge of project management approaches such as PMBOK, PRINCE2 or Agile • Advanced skills in Excel and experience with data visualisation and portfolio reporting tools such as Power BI or MS Project • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities • A collaborative approach and the ability to build effective working relationships This role offers the opportunity to contribute to enterprise decision-making and help improve governance and reporting practices across a diverse project portfolio.
