About the role We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) team. In this role you will support a range of business and technology initiatives across the organisation by helping teams define requirements, improve processes, and deliver practical solutions aligned to organisational goals. Reporting to the EPMO Lead and working closely with project managers, you will work with stakeholders across the organisation to understand current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support projects through the full lifecycle. Key responsibilities include: • Building strong working relationships with stakeholders, project teams, vendors, and external partners • Gathering, analysing, documenting, and managing business requirements • Mapping current and future state processes • Supporting business case development and identifying process improvement opportunities • Preparing project documentation tailored to project needs and team standards • Supporting RFP and vendor selection processes • Assisting with the delivery of business and technology projects across multiple initiatives This role is suited to someone who enjoys working across varied projects, managing competing priorities, and helping teams move initiatives forward in a practical and organised way. This role is full time on a two-year maximum-term contract. Download Position Description About the team The EPMO provides enterprise-wide governance, portfolio management, and delivery support across the organisation. The team works closely with executives, business units, and project teams to support the successful delivery of strategic initiatives. The team focuses on creating clear processes, improving visibility across projects, and ensuring initiatives are aligned to organisational priorities. You will join a collaborative team that values practical solutions, open communication, and continuous improvement. About you You will bring experience working as a Business Analyst across business and technology projects, along with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. You will also have: • Experience managing stakeholder relationships and balancing multiple priorities across simultaneous projects • Experience documenting current and future state processes and developing business requirements • Experience supporting business case development, process improvement initiatives, and benefits identification • Experience supporting RFP and tender processes, including vendor selection activities • An understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, PMBOK, and Prince2 • Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills • A relevant qualification in business, information technology, or a related discipline You will be someone who works collaboratively, communicates clearly, and is comfortable working across different teams and initiatives.
