Support Head of Business strategy and organization Development in Ensuring Amlak Finance Egypt’s performance and directions are aligned with the company’s Mission, Vision & Strategic objectives.
Support the overall process of management and corporate decision making to ensure the organization maximizes its short, medium and long-term profitability.
Assist Head of Business Strategy and Organization Development in Tracking each project with the owner (related department) starting from the project initiation till the approval process.
Support in all the related items Board of Directors’ meeting Agenda & Action points. (As directed by HOD of BSOD)
Ensure all “Board of Directors’ Deliverables” catches all deadlines allocated.
Assist in the development of the company’s Quality of submission. (Related to documents, reports, Memos and proposals utilized internally and externally (for board submissions)
Evaluating the Company’s Operations and Ensuring that all Departments are on Track to Achieve their Goals and Targets with Reviewing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Assist in creating financial models
Requirements
University degree in a business-related field.
Fluent in written and spoken English & Arabic.
Proficient in Microsoft Office. Skills
1-3 years of experience supporting at the executive level.
