the daily monitoring of backup solutions, running backup and restore
jobs, and troubleshooting failures.
Microsoft
Services Support
Provide
support for Microsoft services, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP,
and Office 365.
Ensure
these services are properly configured, maintained, and integrated with
other systems.
Policy
& Strategy Implementation
Aid
in formulating and implementing departmental strategies, policies,
procedures, and DOC (Department Operating Controls).
Ensure
alignment with industry standards and organizational goals, recommending
improvements when necessary.
Vendor
& Budget Coordination
Interact
and negotiate with vendors, outsources, and contractors to secure
necessary products and services.
Assist
in maintaining and developing the IT budget, ensuring that spending
aligns with organizational financial objectives.
Monitor
service level agreements (SLAs) and vendor performance to optimize costs
and service quality.
Technical
Support & Troubleshooting
Collaborate
with other IT teams to diagnose and resolve network or infrastructure
issues.
Provide
technical support to employees and end-users regarding connectivity,
system performance, and software problems.
Project
Coordination
Contribute
to IT projects, including the implementation of core systems. Assist in
defining project scope, objectives, timelines, budget, and resources
requirements.
Prepare,
deploy, and manage infrastructure required for development, testing, and
production environments.

Stay
current with emerging technologies, particularly in networking,
cybersecurity, and virtualization.
Recommend

Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s
degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Professional
Experience
Proven
experience in IT administration (networks, servers, and systems) from 6 to 8 years.
Familiarity
with enterprise-grade hardware (Cisco, Juniper) and firewall solutions
(FortiGate, Sophos).
Hands-on
experience with Microsoft services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Office
365).
Experience
with virtualization technologies and backup/recovery tools is a plus.
Certifications
Preferred
certifications include CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent.
Advanced
certifications (e.g., CCNP, MCSE) are an advantage.
