Tasks
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content, with a strong focus on product promotion, digital campaigns, and corporate communications.
- Produce engaging product videos (feature demos, commercials, social ads, launch videos, testimonials) optimized for digital and e-commerce platforms.
- Design creative assets for digital and print materials, including social media visuals, banners, brochures, and campaign key visuals.
- Ensure brand consistency across all video and graphic outputs in alignment with corporate identity guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate business objectives into compelling visual storytelling.
- Support regional and cross-market campaigns with multimedia content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
- Manage the full production cycle from concept development and scripting to post-production and final delivery.
- Contribute innovative creative ideas to strengthen brand visibility, engagement, and conversion performance.
- Provide creative and operational support for regional marketing department projects, including campaign rollouts, distributor events, product launches, internal branding initiatives, and cross-market marketing activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Film Production, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in videography and graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience in social media content creation and digital marketing trends.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Turkish and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Portfolio showcasing video and graphic design work is required.
