For our Eurasia region, we are currently looking for a Training & Event Manager (m/f/d) to support and develop our distributor network through engaging training programs and well-organized events.
Tasks
- Support the planning and execution of online and offline training sessions and events across the region
- Deliver and moderate presentations, workshops, and business trainings for distributors
- Adapt existing training materials to fit local market needs and different experience levels
- Help build and maintain a simple and effective training structure for new and existing distributors
- Support community growth by engaging with online groups and helping convert participants into active distributors
- Coordinate with a small, young team to organize events and ensure smooth execution
- Identify potential speakers/trainers and support their development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant background in business, communication, training, or event management
- 2–4 years of experience in training, events, or a similar role
- Experience in Direct Selling / MLM is required
- Confident in public speaking and presenting to groups
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, small team environment
- Fluent in English and Turkish; additional European languages are a plus
