Own the end-to-end market app onboarding and integration for the Digital Customer Solutions Platform
Act as the single point of contact for all markets, ensuring continuous support and open communication
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Tech & Data, UX/UI, Brand, Legal) to guarantee successful execution, quality and compliance
Dive deep into new market app concepts to warrant alignment with our global strategy and drive measurable customer and business impact
Establish app readiness and operations by continuously monitoring integrated solutions from intake through post-launch
Experience in project management, digital transformation or consulting with a relevant degree (e.g. Business Administration or Digital Transformation)
Proven track record in managing digital projects in an international or large-scale corporate environment, including change management and communication
Excellent interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, able to convey complex concepts clearly, while German is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
