Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for Knauf’s agentic AI platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and business priorities
Manage the platform backlog end to end by creating, prioritising and refining epics, features and user stories to support effective delivery
Collaborate closely with AI development and data platform teams to clarify requirements, remove blockers and maintain delivery momentum
Act as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders and the development team, creating alignment, transparency and shared direction
Operate with agility in a fast-evolving technology environment, adapting priorities where needed while supporting responsible and scalable AI adoption
An experienced Product Owner with a strong track record of leading platform products in complex enterprise environments
Comfortable bridging strategy and execution, with the ability to translate business priorities into tangible product outcomes
Strong in stakeholder communication, with the confidence to engage C-level leaders and articulate product value, strategic relevance and expected return on investment
Knowledgeable in AI technologies such as LLMs, SLMs, machine learning and generative AI, with the judgement to apply them to real business needs
Confident navigating responsible AI topics, including ethics, governance, low-code or no-code agent democratisation, Workers’ Council considerations and the EU AI Act
