Responsibilities:
Team Building
Recruiting, training, and developing associates
Workforce planning regarding skill development and cross training
Managing associate performance for the long term
Building a winning culture consistent with company values
Client Relationship Development
Understanding clients wants and needs and delivering services that meet those needs
Ensuring that we are making responsible promises to clients
Addressing and problem-solving client concerns in real time
Promoting and marketing the business and additional services to clients
Operational Excellence
Ensuring that we are keeping all of our promises to clients
Ensuring all services exceed client expectations
Maintaining the facility and equipment in working order
Ensuring compliance with governing laws and regulations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
Five years management experience
A passion for service and love of dogs
A high level of self-awareness and willingness to change
A demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
The ability to plan at least six months in advance
An ability to multi-task
High level of attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet savvy
