Job DetailsJob Location: Greenwich Village - New York, NY 10011Position Type: Part TimeEducation Level: High School or Equivalent / GEDSalary Range: $18.25 - $18.50 HourlyYou are responsible for supervising the dog care of a Biscuits & Bath location. You are responsible for resolving all day-to-day operational and client issues. This position requires that you be able to exercise discretion and independent judgment in significant matters as the job requires supervision of many associates.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing dog care across all services
WOWing two to three clients per day
Communicating all relevant information to clients
Supervising staff
Resolving all client issues same day
Ensuring that all special care instructions are being adhered to
Attending to all incidents
Maintaining the accuracy of all client and dog information
Identifying additional services that would be of value to clients
Maintaining the cleanliness and commercial concept of the desk, lobby, and storefront
Performance Metrics:
Quality of dog care
Quality and timeliness of task execution
Frequency and quality of information communicated to clients
Client loyalty
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED.
Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
Knowledge of Biscuits & Bath and a genuine interest in the well-being of dogs.
Ability to juggle a variety of responsibilities, while balancing competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills.
High degree of independent decision-making and problem-solving capability.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Word) and Internet savvy.
