We are currently looking for a
Business Development Executive
on a
part-time contract
basis
who will
be responsible for
generating qualified leads and bringing new business opportunities
in
the IT services domain.
Key Responsibilities

Identify
and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, Upwork, email campaigns, and networking
-
Research potential clients and reach out to decision-makers
-
Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to propose suitable solutions

Prepare proposals, quotations, and capability presentations

Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline

Negotiate terms and
assist
in closing deals

Maintain CRM records and sales reports

Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business
, Marketing, IT, or related field
-
2–3
years of experience in business development within IT services or software industry
-
Strong understanding of web development, mobile apps, and software solutions
-
Experience working on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, or other lead-generation channels
-
Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented
