YOOX Corporate division are now seeking a talented and highly motivated Senior Payroll and Administration Specialist to join the HR team.

Reporting into: Payroll Manager
Working Model: Hybrid
Contract Type: Permanent
Potential Start Date: April/May 2026
Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
Responsible for ensuring staff data input and management of the payroll process throughout the employee life cycle from hiring to exit in line with labour law regulations and internal policies
Managing attendance recording activities and checking issues related to presence/absence, sickness, maternity leave, holidays, other leaves
Managing the payroll cycle and administrative related tasks with the external provider
Managing reports on payroll data
Providing administrative support for the full employee’s lifecycle to solve queries related to payroll, benefits, leave of absence, sickness, local collective agreement regulations etc.
Collaborating in HR projects on a national and international level with regards to HR employee’s administrative data and information
Maintaining updated HR documentation, records and internal databases for all employees
The type of person we are looking for:
At least 2/3 years of prior experience in processing payslips end-to-end at a Payroll/Accounting firm is required
Alternatively, at least 5 years of proven experience as part of an in-house Payroll and Administration team
Deep knowledge of Italian Labour Law
Advanced Knowledge of Zucchetti and CCNL Commercio
Knowledge of Workday HCM System will be considered as a strong plus
Data management and analytical thinking skills
Excellent communications skills, process-based mindset
Resilience and forward-thinking approach
Fluent in English (B2 at least)
