Stage 1 of The Works will deliver 179 modern apartments across five buildings, seamlessly blending cutting-edge design with the site’s industrial heritage. Currently in the early works and procurement phase, we’re finalising key trade packages and have commenced work onsite, an exciting time to come on board and help bring this vision to life. ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Contracts Administrator, you’ll work closely with our Senior Contracts Administrator and Project Manager to deliver the commercial and financial outcomes for The Works, Corrimal project. You’ll collaborate with our site delivery team, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to support cost efficiency, contract compliance, and subcontractor performance on this landmark project.
You’ll be responsible for end-to-end subcontract administration, while supporting project leadership with head contract management and financial reporting, all with the guidance and mentorship of senior team members.
