Tepi Agro Investment, a private limited company, was duly established in 2011, having its business registration number Co.1889 KH/2011, with its registered office No. 243-244 Street 598, Group 10, Tuol Kok Village, Sangkat Tuol Sangke, Khan Russey Keo, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. To promote a diverse investment in agro industry in Cambodia in accordance with the Royal Government’s agro industry development policy, three other companies, namely XLX Agro; XLX Xing Xing; and BIO Garden (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), were legally incorporated respectively by Oknha Ly Sopheark and like-minded shareholders under the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. The principal business activity of the Company is to develop the agro-industry in Cambodia, through rubber and cashew plantations for exports to foreign countries in demand and supply to local market.
